Trust is the cornerstone of our work. As a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, support services adhere to strict ethical codes regarding confidentiality. Generally, what is said in our sessions remains private to ensure you have a safe space. If working within a team or organization, we establish clear boundaries upfront and contracting about what data (if any) is shared to support performance, but your personal disclosures remain protected.
Fees vary depending on the scope of engagement and level of support—ranging from single assessments to season-long partnerships. For an accurate proposal, we recommend completing the Headsets Scan. This allows us to assess your specific needs and discuss a tailored plan during your initial consultation.
Our primary remit is Performance Psychology—conditioning the mind to perform.
While wellbeing is central to our philosophy, we do not provide clinical treatment for diagnosed mental health disorders. If a clinical need is identified, we adhere to ethical guidelines and will facilitate a referral to the appropriate specialist support.
We can provide targeted support for specific events or immediate challenges.
Our philosophy is that mental fitness requires conditioning, much like physical fitness. While a single session can offer valuable insight, sustainable results typically come from consistent application and review. We can discuss the best format for your specific needs during your consultation.
