Dr Sam Giles
Sam is a Chartered Psychologist with over a decade of experience in high-performance sport. Sam combines research and applied expertise to create practical strategies that help athletes perform under pressure while protecting long-term wellbeing. He has worked with organizations including the UK Sports Institute, Accenture, IOC, FIFA, and multiple Olympic and Paralympic programmes.
